Podgorica, 15 December 2009 - At today's extraordinary meeting of KAP Shareholders Assembly the annual financial report and business statement for year 2008 were adopted, along with the audit report and the terms of OTP Bank's full loan amount of 49, 86 million EUR intended for the restructuring of KAP were approved.
